Founded in 2017 by Anna-Lena Isaksson and Emelie Terlinder, Qnister AB is a forward-thinking software provider headquartered in Jönköping, Sweden. With a dedicated team of seven professionals, Qnister specializes in providing innovative solutions that empower organizations to enhance compliance, transparency, and security. Qnister’s offering includes software for GDPR, Whistleblowing functions, screening through sanctions lists as well as contract management software. Qnister primarily serves small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various sectors including technology, healthcare, industrials as well as the public sector. Clients include Fagerhult, Svedbergs Group, Unicef and Sveriges radio.

Strengthening Aunetic’s positioning as a preferred compliance software provider in Europe The primary objective of the strategic acquisition of Qnister include the strengthening of Aunetic’s compliance software suite, strengthening of the market position in Sweden and bolstering the Aunetic organization with new talent. As an established player within GDPR and Whistleblowing services, Qnister is uniquely positioned to help drive further growth within the Compliance segment of the Aunetic Group serving to provide strong complementary solutions to Aunetic’s existing suite.
