Sebastian Karlsson, previously Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step up as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With his deep knowledge of Aunetic and its journey, Sebastian brings both financial expertise and a strong understanding of Aunetic’s business to the role, ensuring a smooth handover and continuity in Aunetic’s strategy.

Christian, who has led the company as CEO, will be leaving Aunetic by the end of October. Christian has decided to step down from his role to spend more time with his family.

“We are grateful for his leadership and the many contributions he has made over the years.” Sebastian said. Christian will continue to be involved during the transition.

At the same time, Aunetic welcomes Staffan Landberg as the new CFO, effective September 15th, 2025. Staffan brings extensive international experience in finance, strategy and operational leadership, having led complex M&A integration and growth initiatives across multiple markets. His collaborative leadership style and strong track record in guiding organizations make him a perfect fit to support Aunetic’s mission and ensure operational excellence.

These leadership changes mark a new chapter for Aunetic, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and strategic development across its governance and compliance solutions.
