Organizations with 50 or more employees at the start of the calendar year are required to have reporting channels and procedures for reporting and following up. The law — which implements the EU Whistleblowing Directive — sets out formal requirements for the design of the system, the handling of reports, and communication with the whistleblower, who also has the right to feedback on what action has been taken.
